Today is National Women Physicians Day, that is celebrated annually to mark the birthday of Dr. Elizabeth Blackwell, the first female doctor in the United States. This is a day meant to honor women physicians' incredible contributions to medicine and highlight the challenges the women physicians currently face.
In celebration, we would like to congratulate the National Women Physicians Day of women physicians at our department who make a huge difference through clinical excellence, innovation, training, research and compassionate patient care.
