D&I WIR Grand Rounds

Dr. Hai Thuy Nguyen, an associate professor of pediatric radiology at USC/Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, was the annual Women in Radiology Grand Rounds Guest Speaker on October 10, 2024, speaking on fetal MRI. Dr. Nguyen focused on the normal MRI anatomic measurements in comparison to fetal anomalies, the developmental landmarks, and emerging fast MRI and reconstruction technology, including low-field MRI. The pediatric departmental residents, UCM's pediatricians, pediatric sonographic gastroenterologists and maternal fetal medicine (MFM) specialists attended the Grand Rounds, with various members of the pediatrics, MFM, and radiology departments meeting with her in small-group sessions as well.
