Congratulations to Radiology Postdoctoral Fellow, Dr. Viktor Bollen, on being awarded the New Investigator Award by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. Dr. Bollen provided his talk, entitled “A Comparison Of Thrombus Dissolution Efficacy With Single And Multiple-Cycle Histotripsy Pulses In Vitro”, on April 7, 2019 at the 2019 AIUM Convention. His presentation highlighted the work underway in Dr. Kenneth Bader’s lab investigating therapeutic ultrasound for the treatment of chronic deep vein thrombosis.
