The Radiology Department’s Communication Strategy is the focus of the American College of Radiology’s Strategic Planning Case Study entitled “A Focus on Effective Communication”. Published July 30, 2021, the case study details the department’s concerted effort to improve communication within the department, with other departments within the hospital, and with the community and patients. The case study includes an interview with Department Chair Dr. Aytekin Oto and Dr. Kirti Kulkarni, the appointed Vice Chair of Communication for the department.
