“I would like to introduce myself as an addition to the interventional radiology department. My name is Abdul Khan, and I am excited to bring my experience and passion for interventional radiology.
My clinical interests include hepatobiliary interventions, an area that I find both challenging and immensely rewarding. I look forward to collaborating with all of you to provide the highest quality care to our patients and to contribute the innovative treatments IR has to offer.
A bit about my background—I was born in Chicago and raised in the northwest suburbs. Chicago holds a special place in my heart, and I am deeply committed to serving the community I grew up in. In my free time, I love traveling and exploring new cultures and destinations. I also enjoy weightlifting, which helps me stay centered and maintain a healthy work-life balance. I am happily married to an amazing OBGYN. I am looking forward to joining the university in August and beginning a new journey with the rest of you”.
