The Department of Radiology hosted a virtual research retreat that took place from March 5th through the 6th. Those in attendance were Radiology clinical and basic science faculty, research staff, and institutional research leaders. A number of topics were presented by advisors which were followed by small breakout sessions and concluded with group analysis and feedback.
The goal of this retreat was to create an actionable research plan for the Department of Radiology and specifically to establish 5-year goals, determine a road map, and define and agree on metrics to monitor our progress.
